Payment Policy
TestDataCraft offers a Lifetime License for a one-time payment of ₹149. This license grants you:
- Unlimited access to all current features
- All future updates and feature additions at no extra cost
- Priority support for bug reports and feature requests
- No recurring subscription fees
✓ Secure Payments: All transactions are processed through Razorpay, a trusted and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
Non-Refundable Policy
⚠️ Important: All purchases are final
Due to the instant access nature of the Lifetime License, all purchases are non-refundable once payment is completed.
By purchasing the Lifetime License, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have reviewed the features and functionality available in TestDataCraft
- You understand that the license is delivered digitally and instantly
- Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or buyer's remorse
- No partial refunds are available
Recommendation: Try the free version thoroughly before purchasing the Lifetime License.
Exceptions & Special Cases
While our standard policy is non-refundable, we understand that mistakes happen. We will consider refunds in the following limited circumstances:
✓ Accidental Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the Lifetime License multiple times (e.g., double-clicking the payment button), we will refund the duplicate charge(s). Please contact us within 48 hours with proof of duplicate transactions.
✓ Technical Issues on Our End
If you paid but did not receive access due to a technical error on our platform (not payment gateway delays), we will investigate and issue a refund if confirmed.
✗ Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after purchase
- Misunderstanding of features (please try free version first)
- Incompatibility with your workflow (check compatibility before buying)
- Request made after 7 days of purchase
